Earth Hour

YES..we supported Earth Hour..okay okay, except my dad & bro..
they did turn on the master bed room's light coz my bro needs to study..

How did I spend my Earth Hour time?

hmm..party? nahh..candles? nahh..movie in the dark? nahh

I was doing some boring stuff..

NOT being kiasuu..

IT skill task on monday!

so yeah...u know what I did..

I practiced my database in the dark

After 9.30pm..my sis & I explored our laptop and ended up playing with the webcam features..

My sis ended up looking like an obese in this pic

Then she looked like "Rhino the hamster" from Bolt

I tried being an obese but I ended up looking like a kid

look at my super cacated shoulders =.=

Parent Teachers Day

Both my parents insisted to go..
and they met up with all my subj teachers

first stop..the MPH
1) ESL (Ms Indra)
She told my parents that
- Im a hard-worker
-Quiet in class
-Needs to improve my vocab
-my essay was my MAJOR problem..
Since it's on factual writing and i DONT write factual stuffs..
She told them that my facts aint SOLID & strong..need 2 read more non-fiction books..yucks..boring..

2)Math (Ms Piriya)
OMG..she acted like an angel that day! so gentle and careful..
unlike when she was lecturing us..
I didnt get to hear her comments tho..
I think I heard her telling my parents that I dont need math tuition..
and I always do my h/w =)

3)Acc (Mr.Lim)
He told my parents that Im
-Quiet but pays attention in class, needs 2 participate more
-Always ask when im in doubt
-Overall still goodie and following the lessons

4)Econs (Pn Nor)-My Mentor
She told my parents that
-Im quiet
-I do my h/w's with heart n soul
-She's dissapointed with me when she marked my test ppr
-I need time to adjust 4 econs
-She liked my presentation coz i was confident
-She found out that Im an "econs essay" person thru the presentation

5)IT (Ms Sue)
She told my parents that
-I interact a lot with her (probably coz of my database project)
-Im NOT quiet (my parents: 'huh?surprising')
-Kiasuu coz I always insist her 2 sign my assignment pprs 2 meet all the dead-lines
-Positive attitude
-Have the potential to score IF I put in MORE effort

Basically my 2 super kiasuu parents were scanning thru all my friend's results..n comparing our "average"(diff way of counting that)..hahah..pointing pointing..:"eh,Diane..I think 1,2,3,4/5 person in ur class beat u la..aiyoo..all so close...1 tie up with u..u must work harder..blablabla..I think ur econs is the one that really pull down ur marks.." WAHLIAO..I know Im average..no need 2 smear it in my face =.=

MORNING! its 1.27am now
im relieved..pheww..just finished my ESL draft..just needa edit the double-spacing thingy when i get 2 coll b4 i print it out..
It's not a quality piece tho..just ENOUGH to hand in for some feedbacks tomorrow..
Basically, I just chuck all my reference notes in and rojak everything..
and, Im very UNsatisfied with it..
The points aint strong enough yet..still need sources
I wished i had at least 2 more days but you know... she's so stubborn..
Now I hope that she won't come today so that I don't have to pass-up my draft.

I have to go back at 4pm for 2 days because I'll be having 2 breaks in 1 day.

I went through a very emotional and rather gloomy week. It was nothing but full of presentations and dead-lines..my embarassing LANS project movie, PLUS my parents received my "awesome" results from Taylors.
Apparently, my score for IT was better than English...and my parents? dumbfounded!
Futhermore, MU's loss to Liverpool and Fulham made me feel worse...to add on to that, I have wonderful friends that kept reminding me about the 2 matches throughout the week...
*shakes head*
But of course...Life is still fair in some way..
There are 2 things that cheered me up this week!
1) Im happy with my econs presentation's score, 18/20
2) Im done with my IT project..now left with documentations

Now i have 2 more dead-lines for next week...omigoshh

I had 2 presentations today..
ESL - I played the role of a depressed teenager..who used to suffer frm obesity..
I make myself vomit after every meal..and now im suffering frm bulimia =.=
The host : Have u tried to commit suicide n how?
me : yes, i tried many times to end my life..blah blah..by using kitchen knives..& ruler
[ i tot about it mentally..& was laughing 2 myself..didnt know it will blurt outta my betrayal mouth]
LANs - That was about the movie that we did in Zhuxiao's hse...OMG..i personally think that it
is so far the lamest presentation..mainly because of my dumb role as a "sampat po"..
and there goes my MARUAH

will be having my econs presentation tomorrow..Im aiming , slamming and hoping for FULL marks =)wish me luck

perfect NOT

My "perfect" saturday...

watched Slumdog Millionaire with my dad & sis..

Thought it was a pretty nice movie..

BUT for a 8 grammy awards movie..I expected more..

A little dissapointed because it was very ordinary..

Then we went for a Japanese dinner somewhere near parade..

The food was GOOD..

and here comes my ichy hand again..

OH come on..u gotta make the cook or at least the waitresses happy =)

THEN...you know what spoiled my saturday?MANU VS LIV.. during the 1st half, liverpool was goood eventhough ronaldo managed to fit in a penalty goal. 2nd half... MU was sooo good, they had so many chances but this greedy Ronaldo had to loose them all..Van Der Sar just stood there..letting 2 useless goals shoot pass him and the worse part is....Vidic got a red card..letting liverpool kill MU with 2 more goals

4-1..what a dissapointing game =.=

OMG, U MUST BE KIDDING!

OF course i wont tell the whole world about my results HERE..where everyone and anyone can see it..haha..

By the way, Im just here to say that I GOT MY RESULTS! and..Im satisfied with it =)
To add on to that, my parents are both excited about it..

The results ain't THAT FAB but what makes me happy is that I've beaten myself over and over again..getting stronger each time..

I wanna congratulate everyone for their wonderful results especially JJ,VIT and YULI

Special thanks to VIT..because I wouldn't have scored for my Moral and Sejarah without her tutoring..love her love her love her

Its now 8.33am in the morning and our SPM results will be out at 10am.
tick-tock-tick-tock.. nervous? hahah..

Driving Test

I panicked in the morning and couldn't do a thing... (before test)

I started off with slope, parking and 3 point turn.

Slope: 1 min
I was surprised that my wheels were 100% in the yellow line... AND i managed to do my balancing well without panicking...I smiled so wide..I bet I looked like an idiot when I drove down the slope.

Parking: 1 min
The clutch was so loose..my engine died twice when I was reversing. Thank God I passed that!

3 point turn : 1 min
This one was smooooothh..I likey =)

And so, I passed my bahagian 2

Next was "ON THE ROAD"

I got a superb arrogant examiner, male.

He kept asking me to overtake and go faster even when I was driving at 75km/h

U-Turn : He was scolded me for pressing on the clutch coz he wanted to go FAST.

I ended up listening to him..and i had to turn the steering FAST FAST FAST..

Surprisingly..i PASSED with 18/20 =) woooott~~~

same score with vit ! yay!

HOLIDAYS

I'll be having my holidays next week!
wait..holidays? cough* more like horrid-days..
This year, I'll be watching my precious holidays being burnt by my projects and assignments..
