Inception

OhhEmmGeee.. I finally watched Inception!
Christopher Nolan is a true GENIUS.
This whole show really got me thinking a lot :D
It messed up my mind .
A MUST watch!

If there was such thing as an inceptionist, that would definately be my dream job! Apart from the fact that its illegal, I wouldn't mind having to risk my life for this kinda cool job...I mean,living in a limbo is still kinda cool right? You get to live in the world that u create, design & stuff.
But I don't think I'm smart enough to be one though. Hahahah..I wonder what would I be using as my totem :)
I love every little idea of the show. Limbo, Totem(spinning top), sedative,3 dream layers, the part where a team member has to be left behind to protect the bodies in each individual dreams,the kick, the ...aiyo..EVERYTHING mannn <3 ahhhh
Can't wait to see Inception get more awards than that overrated Slumdog Millionaire!

omg, I just read the plot to clear up some of the parts that I was confused about.
I'm still debating about the ending. There are so many possible ways to view it :/

I see it in 2 ways:

1) Cobb managed to convince Saito in limbo that they're in a dream which leads Saito to grab the gun and shoot them both to give them the kick back straight back to the plane. Its probably possible since the other levels collapse.
But then...you see,
-the kids are still of the same age & wearing the same clothes, doing the same thing
-Cobb doesn't seem 2 care whether he's in reality/dream coz he leaves the top spinning without checking it

which made me see it in this way..
2) Cobb failed to convince Saito. Saito shoots Cobb with the gun which sends Cobb into even deeper state of limbo. The plane scenes & his kids are just his projections that he created himself.
Well, either way..Saito DID manage to stick to his deal :)

so yeah..I'm still split between both these theories.
In conclusion, I think CHRISTOPHER NOLAN just performed an Inception on us.

The New MU jersey?

I was walking with my friends when we passed by this sports shop...

 This mannequin with bright red shirt caught my sight..from the corner of my eye.

Apparently, anything "red" always gets my attention 1st since its my favourite colour :D so yeah.

"WHAAAAT THE HEYYLEEE?"

I stared in disgust...and that made my friends stop.

They turned to look.

"HARHHH? THATS MU's new jersey?"

*Drops Jaw*

We couldn't stop bitching about it & comparing it with the other jerseys worn by the other mannequins.

Ok, maybe I did most of the complainings & whinings :P

BLG's Adelaide Concert

I was 2 feet away frm BLG when they performed.

Everyone were pushing like crazy...We all had to smell each other's hair & armpits O.O

Dropped my jacket& it got stepped on by God knows how many hundreds of ppl but managed to find it back after the concert.

They asked if anybody wanted to climb up the stage with them when they performed their last song..

 and I was swept by the pushing crowd..

 I dunno how in the world of salted marshmallows but I jostled my way through, hopped up the stage and grabbed Martin Johnson's hands :D

People who didnt manage to get their butt on stage were pulling my bag & cursing the rest who got up.

I was 5 cm apart from Martin & I was dumbfounded..stared at him like he was God! So beautiful.

Seriously, I couldn't believe that it was all happening.

Imagine standing so close to a celebrity that you have a PLANET CRUSH on...*drooolssss*

dream come true. The whole situation ws just really inconceivable.

OHHHH and I managed to catch Paul's guitar pick <3

almost ALMOST got partymarty's :( ughh I want Martin's.

BEST DAY EVER.

OBESE to be.

Ok, so I stood on the weighing scale the other day..

not that I didn't expect myself to put on any weight..

but 8 KG? HOLY CRAP!

No wayyy, I'm not telling you my weight..

but arghh, its not that you couldn't guess it anyway.

I'm soooo disgusted with myself.

I now have a face as round and big as Biggie Spencer's.

My jaw lines are not visible anymore...and my cheecks are puffing up so much,

I'm not surprised that when I come back, you won't be able to see my already tiny eyes.

World Cup 2010 - SPAIN

Last World Cup was a total heartbreak.

 I cried my eyes off when England lost to Portugal in the penalties&

felt so horrible when Zidane did his head-butt thing, resulting to France's lost.

This year was really different for me.

 I rooted for Spain to win it :) but still stay true to England..although I knew they didn't have much chance. I mean they have a team of star players but whats saddening is the fact that they never played well together as a team. They're all better off in their own clubs :(

Well, tell me which EPL fan wouldn't do the same?

It was really fun watching the World Cup here in Adelaide.

The atmosphere is crazy because everyone is watching & screaming our lungs out together.

Wookay Im supposed to dedicate this post to Spain so..lets get straight to the point :)

I'm so proud of you Spain :) You trully deserve a star on ur badge!

Eclipse

Yeshh, I watched Eclipse last week :)

Surprisingly, it was released in Aussie earlier...bahahah

No worries, Im not gonna spoil it for you.

Reasons to watch this:

1)Robbert Patt looks good in this movie.

like..Seriously.

I think they changed his makeup..haha

2) Taylor Lautner is topless in almost every scene.

Even with all the snow around *drools*

LOOK!

3) We have a new Victoria :)

Prettier + Better Actress.

4) Jasper & Alice gets more screen time.

Super cute romance going on there yo <3

5) LETS WELCOME the NEWBIESSSSS

a) They chose the perfect dude to play Seth Clearwater.

ahhh adorable.

b) Xavier Samuel as Riley.

This is the DUDE to watch! *melts*

overall, the show was not awesomely good . I would say that it was not bad.

Would give it 7/10.

I was dissapointed with the fighting scenes.

Its so unrealistic & fake. Sad to say, it didn't meet up to my expectations :(

So, today..I decided to check out the venue where they'll be playing .

Approached the information centre people and they told me that it'll probably be at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

and I was like WOAHH at THIS place?

thats gotta be pretty grand. AWESOMEEEEE

and soooo, I fumbled through the map and found my way there.

I wanted to double confirm that this will be the place where they'll be playing since my ticket doesn't come with seat allocations..and of course, like everyone else...I would want to get the best view,

especially when I've paid so much to see my favourite band play.

To my dissapointment, the counter lady whom I approached threw me that

What-the-hell-are-you-talking-about look when I asked her about it.

Yeah, so I found my way around Fowlers Live myself.

The place where they're supposed to play at..supposingly.

It doesn't look anything like a concert ground.

Exhausted and curious, I strolled up the stairs and pressed my face against the see-through glass door to take a peep.

HOLY MOTHER..

I wished I'd taken a picture of it but I would make a fool outta myself.

It was under video suveillance.

Looks like some kinda bar...You know, where those unknown singers sing at

 ...with a few chairs & tables around for the audience to sit and drink.

The door was locked and the place looked really run down.

It took me a while to notice that there was a note stucked to the door saying that the office is located at the basement.

O.O Whuuuurtttttt?!?

I tried finding my way around but failed. There were no signs around that could lead me to the office..erm, except for another shop around the corner. Haih, yes..I just went into that place like a total nuthead and asked the lady for directions.

She laughed and volunteered to bring me there when I gave her the super blurrrrr and confused face when she tried explaining it to me.

trust me, only GENIUSES could find that place okay.

Who the heck would have figured out that the office was located at the basement with garbage bins and unwanted furnitures surrounding the entrance.

No signs, no nothing.

She opened the door and told me that I had to take a flight of stairs down.

It was dark and creepy.

I wished I took pictures of it..but seriously, if I were a movie director/ film maker..

this would be the PERFECT place for me to film those spooky scenes.

The place was full of  grafittis, posters & spider webs...and to make it worse, it was dark :S

This place creeps me out so much, it reminded me of the Goosebump storybooks I used to read when I was in primary. Remember the one about puppets? Exactly the way I pictured it in my mind back then.

Yeah, in the end..the office lady confirmed that they'll be jamming here.

The bar place thingy I was talking about before?..yeah there.

I was obviously superrrrr speechless to the max..maybe thats the entrance or something, I really dunno man.

But if you come to think of it...lets say IF they were to play there, wouldn't that mean that I had more chance to meet them personally? :)

10 yr old kid : " hmmmm.... *scratches head* "
Me: (thinking to myself :"aiyaaa..sure buy pokemon or some toy gun lah")

10 yr old kid : " Nothing."
Me: " Huh? erm..more specific? :D" *confused*
10 yr old kid : " I would do nothing with it. I would save it in my piggy bank." *smiles*

Hmm..wasn't expecting that from such a young kid.
I was amazed..interesting!

Baking and me

Im currently having my semester break and I knew I needed to find something to do or I'll die of boredom :)

I couldn't just stay in my room watching youtube videos all day long..

Stalking nigahiga, kevjumba & wongfu production videos every minute..

or tweeting 24/7.

So, today..I decided to try something that I've never done before..myself.

I decided to do things that a girl would do

 since my aunts are always bombing me about me not being girlish enough..pftt =.=

I know, I don't do cross-stitching, awesome cooking/ bury my face under thick makeups and stuff.

Anywaaaayyy.. yeah so, I thought it would be fun to give baking a try.

since my housemates r not around & they can't laugh at me if I screwed up or something :P

Don't expect me to do it from scratch you know..hahahha

so yeah, BROWNIES.

Mixing the Brownies base thingy was kinda fun :D

Pouring it into the tray was alright I guess.

It was an easy process...measure,dump,and STIR!

Then all you have to do is just dump it in the Oven for half an hour .

while letting that thing bake, you do the icing :D

after the brownies are done baking, leave it to cool for about 15 mins or so..

then spread the icings & decorate it.

sounds suppperrr easy right?

HELL NO MAN.

I was sooooo wrong. The cutting proccess of the brownies was the difficult part.

Everything was sticky and rarrhh..

gosh, a disaster! a torturing process..

I wanted to strangle someone..>.<

This was waaaaay worse than slicing cheesecakes.

The end result was crappy.

I failed as a woman..HAHAH :D

BUT the good thing is that THANK GOODNESS it tasted good..

or I'll kill someone..

The horrible part is of course, the washings..
